Moving wallpapers for Mac
Free animated desktop wallpapers for macOS: 4K HEVC loops for wallpaper apps and the Aerial tools, and a web wallpaper link for the free Plash app that draws each scene live at your screen's exact size.
macOS has no video setting
Dynamic and Aerial wallpapers are Apple's own. To use your own moving wallpaper you need Plash, the Aerial tools or a wallpaper app.
Easiest: Plash
Plash is free and shows any web page as the desktop. Paste a Wallmill web wallpaper link and you are done, at any resolution and on any number of screens.
Sharp at 4K and 5K
The web wallpaper is drawn live, so it is as sharp on a 5K display as on a laptop. The MOV loops are 4K.
