Lively is free
Lively Wallpaper is open source and in the Microsoft Store. It plays an MP4 or a web page as your desktop and pauses when a game or full screen app runs.
Wallpaper Engine works too
Open the MP4 from file, or open the web wallpaper link from URL.
Native video wallpapers
Windows 11's own video wallpaper setting was still in testing in October 2026. Our MP4s are already in the format it takes.
